Marketing support programme
All organisations need pro-active marketing, but typically they don't have the time or the right staff in the available budget. For a growing number of organisations outsourcing is a key commercial strategy. Customerhouse provides outsourced marketing services in the same manner as an in-house marketing department - at a fraction of the cost.

Benefits

The marketing support programme enables organisations to benefit from top-quality marketing support at a fraction of the cost of an in-house marketing department. It enables clients to apply strict activity costing principles across the entire range of marketing functions: there are no hidden costs or difficult-to-define administrative overheads.

Customerhouse provides a results driven service with tangible success. We make sure every penny is spent effectively and according to a clearly defined and rationalised plan. We do not sell specific marketing activities such as advertising or direct mail or promotional literature, so we are free to recommend the 'marketing mix' which will be most effective for our clients. When implementing a marketing plan we negotiate competitive rates from competing marketing services suppliers - and we work efficiently with them in order to keep costs down.

How does it work?

Customerhouse works as though it is its clients' own marketing department, helping with marketing strategy, planning and implementation. Activities are aimed to create a monthly flow of valuable business leads. We promote the usage of technology for cost effective marketing and integration of traditional marketing with electronic marketing. For example, we provide a simple to use customer tracking system (CRM) which is used to track all marketing activities and to measure the effectiveness of each activity.

Costs

Customerhouse charges a monthly fee which covers all identified marketing activities. Expenses incurred by us exclusively on behalf of a client (such as postage, stationery and non-routine attendance at special events) are charged extra. Individual one-off projects such as promotional literature, advertising campaigns, setting up and maintaining a promotional web site, direct mail and exhibition work are commissioned separately following approval by the client.
